In other to maintain the accuracy and newness of our customers, as well as protecting the personal information of our customers from unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage etc., we manage customers' personal information strictly by carrying out safety policies and necessary measures, such as security system management, management system improvement, staff education etc.
We will manage the personal information carefully and will not disclose the personal information to third parties without prior permission from customers.
However, we may disclose the information without notifying customers under the following situations:
- In case that we entrust the managed businesses of personal information to external companies which we entrusted, based on prior signed contract of confidential agreement on the handling of personal information;
- In case that registered users have provided or may provide disadvantages to third parties, based on our judgement;
- In case that we are requested to provide the registered information from public institutions, such as the police, the court, the Public Prosecutors Office, Consumer Affairs Centers etc.
